Until you have received from us a written statement that we represent you in a particular matter (an "engagement letter") you should not send us any confidential information about any such matter. After we have undertaken representation of you concerning a matter, you will be our client, and we may thereafter exchange confidential information freely. Emailing, inquiring, or calling us prior to our agreeing to represent you does not constitute representation and should not be relied upon as such.

Again, all email transmissions should not contain confidential information, until such time as you and the firm of Tufankjian, McDonald, Welch & Sacchitella have reached an agreement for representation.
